Aurelia Andujo, 83 of Sunray, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018. A Rosary will be recited at 7 o’clock in the evening on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Morrison Memorial Chapel in Sunray. A Funeral Mass will be at 11 o’clock in the morning on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Christ the King Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Brown Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors.
Aurelia was born on September 25, 1934 in Namiquipa, Chihuahua, MX to Julian an Marina (Tena) Vasquez. She was united in marriage to Joaquin Andujo in December 1954 in Namiquipa; he preceded her in death in 2009. Aurelia lived in Sunray for over 40 years. She was a homemaker and devoted her life to her husband, children, and grandchildren. Aurelia was member of Christ the King Catholic Church. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter: Marina Zapata; great-granddaughter: Brianna Segovia.
Aurelia is survived by her children: Maly Andujo of El Paso, Marina Huerta and husband Eleacer, Jesus Antonio Andujo and wife Silvia, and Joaquin Andujo, Jr. and wife Isabel all of Sunray; 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
