Deana Rachele Baugh Mungia, 38, passed away Friday, July 9, 2010 in Amarillo. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 15, at First Baptist Church, Stratford, with Rev. Leland Lewis and Rev. Darlene Lewis, co-pastors of First Assembly of God Church in Pampa officiating, assisted by Rev. Jason Stone, pastor of First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Texhoma Cemetery, Texhoma, Tx. with military honors by the United States Army of Ft. Hood, Texas. Arrangements are by Morrison Funeral Directors.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Stratford, on Wednesday, July 14, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Deana was born February 1, 1972, in Dumas, Texas to Dwight and Jo Baugh. In 1990 she graduated from Texhoma Oklahoma High School. She served as an operating room specialist with the United States Army. On August 21, 2001 she married Joe Mungia in Las Vegas, NV. She was active in local community and civic organizations in Stratford and Texhoma. She enjoyed attending and organizing Walks to Emmaus. Deana had been a resident of Stratford for 16 years and was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Stratford.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Randy Mark Baugh and her grandparents, Lawrence and Audean Baugh and Ben and Clara Bell Freeman.

Survivors include; her husband, Joe of the home; son, Keevan Eldridge of the home; her parents, Dwight and Jo Baugh of Texhoma; sister, Dana Baugh Baethgu and husband, Brad of Doss; nieces, Kendall, Kamrynn, and Karsann.

The family suggests memorial be to Rushing Wind Emmaus, Waka, TX 79093
