Guestbook

I remember Ron and Doris when I first went to Calvary Baptist Church upon my returning to Dumas as a single-parent and later the Lord brought the love-of-our lives back into the lives of Beth and I after 15-years. Tom and I were married in and remained at Calvary Baptist. Beth liked the times Doris was in the nursery. Over-the-years, they and we were again in the same church at First Baptist. Lots of fond-memories of their faithfulness. Grieve-as-you must; not-as-others are telling you is right, wrong or indifferent. Travel-the-pathway ahead as there are no-pathways, He has an individual-one for each of you. Cling tightly to His unfailing and unchanging hand; He will never forsake or leave your side. May He bring peace, comfort and fondest-memories to mind. Jackie Sheldon; Kelly and Beth Penland; Ty, Lacey and Conner Wayne Quadrelli; Chris, Mariah, Reagan and Koe Thomas (rhymes with hoe) Penland

I knew Doris for many years while going to Calvary Baptist Church. I do remember she made delicious chocolate pies, along with other things. Good lady. Fly high Doris.

I had fun showing Aunt Doris, Uncle Ron and Mattey the Golden Gate Bridge and Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco several years ago. So sorry for your loss. She's up there with my dad and other family members now.
