Ana Maria Zapata Soto

Ana Maria Zapata Rodriguez, 53 of Sunray, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2 oclock in the afternoon on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Christ the King Catholic Church with Father Gabriel Garcia as celebrant. Interment will follow in Brown Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors. Ana was born on April 15, 1967 in Delicias Chihuahua Mexico to Bernabe Zapata Rodriguez and Librada Rodriguez Quitana. She had been a resident of Sunray for the past 8 years. She was united in marriage to Ezequiel Soto Franco in Julimes, Mexico. Ana loved to sing, dance and cook for her children. She also enjoyed being with her family, laughing and visiting with them. She was a member of the Christ the King Catholic Church. Ana is survived by her husband, Ezequiel Soto Franco of the home; children: Indra Clarissa Soto and Daisy Guadalupe Soto Zapata of Sunray, TX; siblings: Bernabe Zapata and Paty of Cactus, TX, Ismael Zapata and Teresa, Rufina Zapata and Toribio all of Mexico; Dolores Villanueva and Hipolito of Sunray, TX, Araceli Zapata and Ramon, Eustolia Zapata and Juan and Arely Zapata all of Mexico.
