Brenda Lee Nall Ansel, 66 of Dumas, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Grace Thru Faith Fellowship Church, with Pastor Garrett Gretz, pastor of the church officiating. Interment will follow at Dumas Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 o’clock to 7 o’clock in the evening on Friday. Arrangements are under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.

Brenda was born on March 15, 1957, in Flagler, CO to Duane and Nancy (Moody) Nall. She and Patrick Ansel met and married in Limon, CO on June 15, 1985. They made Dumas their home over 25 years ago where they now own and operate Family Farm Stores of Dumas and Spearman. She was an excellent wife and mother and loved to fill her time making cards and quilts. Brenda devoted her time to her family; she adored her grandchildren. Brenda attended Grace Thru Faith Fellowship Church. Brenda was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son: Christopher.

Brenda is survived by her loving husband, Patrick of the home; daughters: Elisabeth Vecchio and husband Tim of Dumas, TX, Nicole Barbosa and husband Andrew of Norman, OK; son: James Ansel of Spearman, TX; grandchildren: Austin Lewis and wife Hannah, Jocelyn Speaker, Serenity Speaker, Garrett Barbosa, Michael Barbosa, Lucas Barbosa, Phoenix  Barbosa, Asher Barbosa and one on the way; great-grandchildren: Madison Lewis and Emryn Lewis; siblings: Cindy Fritz and husband Mike of Sumrall, MS, Gordon Nall of Limon, CO, and Jeanette Hamacher and husband Rod of Limon, CO, Annette Miller and husband Donald of Johnston, CO and Lisa Jackson and husband Jay of Sterling, CO.

In lieu of customary remembrances, the family suggest with gratitude that memorials be made to Prevailing World Ministries, Inc., Larry and Valorie Hansen, PO Box 352683, Palm Coast FL 32135-2683, Missionaries to Ghana.
