Catalina Tarin De Rios

Catalina Tarin De Rios, 74 of Dumas passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at The Cross Church with Rev. Luis Trujillo and Rev. Diego Mendoza, officiating. Interment will follow at Dumas Cemetery under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.

Catalina was born on November 19, 1947, in Porvenir db Chihuahua, MX to Paz and Ascencia (Morales) Tarin. She was united in marriage to Jose Rios on November 22, 1970, in Mexico. Catalina loved her family very much and enjoyed cooking for them. She was a member of the Bethel Assembly of God and loved her church very much. Catalina especially had a place in her heart for the Mission Program that she led for several years.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jose of the home; sons: Guadalupe Rios and wife Daena Robbins of Amarillo, TX, Noe Mendoza and wife Olivia of Cactus, TX, Diego Mendoza and wife Dayen of Dumas, TX, Erasmo Mendoza and wife Haley of Dumas, TX; grandchildren: Stetson and Emilie Rios both of Dumas, TX; siblings: Cruz De La Rosa, Yolanda Garcia, Carmen Campa, Dora Tarin, Lilia Moreno, David Tarin, and Victor Tarin.




Catalina Tarin De Rios, de 74 años de Dumas, falleció el lunes 24 de enero de 2022. Los servicios funerarios están programados para las 2 de la tarde del sábado 29 de enero de 2022 en la Iglesia de la Cruz con Rev. Luis Trujillo y Rev. Diego Mendoza, oficiando. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio de Dumas bajo la dirección de Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.

Catalina nació el 19 de noviembre de 1947, en Porvenir de Chihuahua, México, hija de Paz y Ascenica (Morales) Tarín. Se unió en matrimonio con José Ríos el 22 de noviembre de 1970, en México. Catalina amaba mucho a su familia y disfrutaba cocinando para ellos. Ella era miembro de la Asamblea de Dios de Betel y amaba mucho a su iglesia. Catalina especialmente tenía un lugar en su corazón para el Programa de Misión que dirigió durante varios años.
