Christopher G. Turner

Christopher G. Turner, 38, passed away Monday, January 4, 2010. Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, January 9, 2010 at Temple Baptist Church with Rev. Jay McGaughy, pastor of the church officiating. Burial will be in Dumas Cemetery by Morrison Funeral Directors. Christopher was born April 13, 1971 in Dumas, Texas to Gene and Alice Turner. He graduated from Dumas High School in 1991 and was a supervisor at Venable Construction. Christopher had spent all of his life in Dumas and was a member of Temple Baptist Church. Survivors include his daughter, Tiffany Turner, sons, Clayton Slagle and Tucker Turner all of Stratford his mother, Alice Kennedy of Dumas his father, Gene and Sandra Turner of Dumas brothers, Brandon Turner of Dumas, Joel Siebel and wife, Rachel of Denver, Colo sister, Arlene Eddy of Tulsa, Okla grandmother, Syble Vaughn of Dumas. The family suggests memorials be to Memorial Hospice, 224 E. 2nd, Dumas, TX 79029. The family will be at 111 N. Klein in Dumas.
