Cyrus Garcia

Cyrus Patrick Garcia, 60 of Dumas passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11 o’clock in the morning on Friday, November 12, 2021, at Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Watson, officiating. Interment will follow at Dumas Cemetery under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.Cyrus was born on March 17, 1961, in Joliet, IL to Robert and Angela (Razo) Garcia. Cyrus had lived in Dumas for 41 years and worked at JBS as a mechanic. In his spare time, he enjoyed listening to Rock & Roll music, gardening, and shopping on Amazon. Cyrus was also exceptionally good at handywork. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.He was preceded in death by his parents; sister: Debra Medina; two brothers: Cleave Garcia and Robert Garcia. Cyrus is survived by his sons: Cyrus Vidal Garcia of Dumas, TX and Aidan Garcia of Amarillo, TX; sister: Roberta Lopez of Dumas, TX; cousin: Leon Sanchez of Amarillo, TX; nieces and nephews; ex-wife: Felipa Garcia.
