Deborah Faye Deb Peterson

Deborah "Deb" Faye Peterson, 67 of Dumas, passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2020. The family will receive friends from 6 oclock until 8 oclock in honor of Debs life on Monday, February 3, 2020 at Morrison Funeral Directors. Deb was born on October 3, 1952 in Dumas, TX to Paul and Jewel Spruell. She grew up in Dumas and graduated from Dumas High School. Deb had worked for the Moore County Sheriffs Office for 20 years as a Deputy Clerk until her retirement. Deb had a great love for her fur babies and treated them as family. Deb was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Donald E. Gaskins and her second husband Jack Peterson; sister: Paula Jo Everly; brother: Bill Spruell; and her fur babies: Snowball, Tisha and Stinker. Deb is survived by her son: Donnie Joe Gaskins and wife Kyla Rhae of Snohomish, WA; sister: Suzie Bradberry and husband Ray of Canyon, TX; brother: Terry Spruell of Fritch, TX; grandchildren: Rhaelyn Kenna Gaskins, Layton Cole Gaskins and Colby Joe Gaskins.
