Dennis Doak

Dennis Floyd Doak, 63, of Dumas, passed away on Friday, January 20, 2017. A graveside service will be held at 10 o'clock in the morning on Monday, January 23, 2017 at Dumas Cemetery with Rev. Damon Akins, pastor of First Assembly of God, officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Dennis was born October 10, 1953 in Dumas to Arnold Wayne and Lillian Geraldine Doak, where he grew up and attended school. He had worked as a crane operator unloading ships on the coast. He loved to fish and hunt. Dennis was of Christian faith. Survivors include a brother, Fred Doak of Stinnett; son, Bryton Doak of Dumas; nephews Mark Doak of Stinnett and Michael Doak of Boerne; a special friend, Pam Williams of Dumas and numerous other friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Geraldine Doak. Family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity. The family will be at 115 Chelsea.
