Diane Dean

Diane Dean, 76 of Sunray, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 2 oclock in the afternoon on Monday, March 8, 2021 at First United Methodist Church with David McGaughy, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors. Diane was born on December 26, 1944 in Norfolk, VA to Elbert and Ruby (Sandlin) Horne. She married the love of her life, Ray Dean on April 11, 1964 in Snyder, TX. Diane was a fun-spirited lady who loved dancing, traveling, and working in her yard tending her flowers. Not only did she enjoy her crafts, but she was also an avid Nascar fan. Nothing in life made her happier than her children and grandchildren. She adored them all. Diane attended the Methodist Church and will be missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gerald Horne. Diane is survived by her husband Ray, of the home; daughters: Lori Broxson and husband Lance of Sunray, TX and Vanesa Davis and husband Jim of Windsor, CO; grandchildren: Chance Broxson, Shianne Andujo and husband Tony and their children, Emmalee, Graciela, Jacob of Sunray, TX, Paige Peterson and husband David of St. Louis, MO Jordan Hinchley and husband Dillon, their children, Greyson and Hartlyn of Windsor, CO, Tommy Kitchens & wife Paula of Tuscola, TX, and their 3 daughters, Laresa Garner and husband Ryan their children, Brayden and Cadyn of Lubbock, TX, Shawna Kitchens of Tuscola her son, Triston, Shayla Kitchens of Tuscola, TX; brother: Joe Horne and wife Jean of Tar Heel, NC.
