Eufemio Antonio TJ Tobias

Eufemio Antonio Tobias Jr. "TJ", 34 of Dumas, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 oclock in the afternoon on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at First Baptist Church with Zane Powers officiating. Interment will follow in the Dumas Cemetery under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors. A rosary will be recited at 6 oclock in the evening on Wednesday at Morrison Memorial Chapel. The family asks with gratitude that masks be worn at both services. TJ was born on January 18, 1986 in Childress, TX to Eufemio Antonio "Tony" Sr. and Teresa Easley Tobias. He grew up in Dumas and graduated from Dumas High School in 2004. TJ had worked at The Burger, Jacks Car Wash and most recently at Big R. TJ was an avid wrestling fan and enjoyed watching his boys compete. He was also very invested and involved in his nieces and nephews lives; each one had their own nickname. TJ was the family member that no matter what the circumstance, he always kept the family together. TJ was preceded in death by his father. TJ is survived by his children: Gentry McDaniel of Lubbock, TX, Ethan Tobias of Dumas, TX, Israel Tobias and Lorelai Tobias, both of Lubbock, TX; mother, Teresa Tobias of Dumas, TX, sister: Maria Williams and husband John Paul; brother: Mathew Tobias and wife Araceli; sister: Caitlinn Garrison, all of Dumas, TX; mother of his children, Crystal Tobias of Lubbock, TX; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family members. I am devastated by hearing about the loss of TJ. He was my friend and has been since grade school! He was such a great kindhearted person and a true friend! We was and is loved, and will be dearly missed! I am so Sorry to the whole family! I love you all!
