I loved visiting with Tate. She told it like it was. She loved taking care of the babies in the nursery. Our oldest son was one of those. She will be missed. Prayers to the family.

Mrs. Eva Tate was an "institution" at Bible Baptist Church. She raised countless babies (including mine and Roger's daughter, Miriam) through her years working in the church nursery alongside her best friend, Mrs. Helen Kline, and for years after Mrs. Kline went to Heaven. Now they are together again, no doubt looking for more babies to care for! She will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family and friends of this endearing and unique woman.
