Georgana Lea Cearley

Georgana Lea Cearley, 86 of Stratford, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2019. Services are pending with Morrison Funeral Directors. Georgana was born on October 18, 1932 in Stratford, TX to George and Ethel (Bowen) Skillin. She worked for the state of Texas for several years where she retired. Her favorite pastime was collecting pictures. Georgana was of Christian faith and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: John Leonard Cearley; son: James Sherman Cearley; and daughter: Elizabeth Ann Cearley. Georgana is survived by her daughter: Jana Lockhart and husband Doug of Duncan, OK; son: John Cearley of Duncan, OK; brother: Jim Skillin of Texhoma, OK; grandchildren: Lori Atha and husband Jimmy of Dalhart; Jonathan Lockhart and wife Casey of Canton, OH; and four great-grandchildren.
