Howard Walker

Howard “Hap” Walker, 88 of Dumas passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 11 o’clock in the morning on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at First Assembly of God with Pastor Damon Akins, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.

Hap was born on March 19, 1935 in Wichita County, TX to Floyd and Alma (Randall) Walker. He was married to Reyna Garza. Hap was a very happy person; hence the nickname “Hap.” He loved music, playing the saxophone, singing, and acting. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; children: Martin Walker and Jenny Walker.

Hap is survived by his wife Reyna of the home.
