Jeannie Kaye Kinikin

Jeannie Kaye Kinikin, 48 of Dumas, passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2019. A Funeral Service is scheduled for 10 oclock in the morning on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Pastor Johnny Widener, officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6 oclock to 7 oclock in the evening at the funeral home. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Jeannie was born on January 18, 1971 in Petersburg, TX to Jack and Jo Ann Jones. She was a graduate of Roosevelt High School. Jeannie married Kody Kinikin on December 1, 2013 in Dumas. She was an avid reader and loved to listen to audio books as well as sing. Jeannie was a member of Bible Baptist Church. A loving wife, mother and sister; she will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; nephew: Bruce Allan McKinney; two brothers-in-law: Harvey Kinikin and Jim Robinett. Jeannie is survived by her husband Kody, of the home; daughter: Elizabeth Hataway and husband Jordan of Sunray; brother: Jack McKinney, Jr. and wife Sheila of Dumas; sisters: Cindy Larance and husband W.R. and Linda McKinney all of Stratford; mother and father-in-law: Elizabeth and W.G. Stavenhagen; sister in law: Yvette Robinett and numerous other extended family members.
