Jesus "Jessie" Frausto

Jesus “Jessie” Frausto, 67 of Dumas passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2024. A Rosary will be recited on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 9 o’clock in the morning at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church immediately followed by the Funeral Mass at 10 o’clock with Father Ron Matthews as celebrant. Interment will follow at Dumas Cemetery under the arrangements of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.

Jessie was born on December 14, 1956, in Plainview, TX to Pedro and Virginia (Robles) Frausto. He graduated from Dumas High School in 1975. Jessie worked for Moore County News for over 30 years in the sales department. He loved sports, especially baseball and was in a bowling league in his younger years. Jessie also liked fishing and skeet shooting. Jessie was a devout Catholic and was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother: Samuel Frausto.

Jessie is survived by his sisters: Christina Reyes of Kerrville, TX, Dora Diaz and husband Gabe of Phoenix, AZ, and Lila Holden and husband Sean of Colorado Springs, CO; numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.
