Jose Joe Nanes

Jose "Joe" Nanes, 60 of Dumas, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2019. Memorial services will be held at 2 oclock in the afternoon on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at Morrison Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Joe was born on December 31, 1958 in Hale Center, TX to Rufus and Margarita Morales Nanes. Joe was a man that would always help out anyone in need and was willing to give you the shirt off his back. Joe will be missed. He is preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Francine. Joe is survived by his children: Casey Nanes of South Carolina, Crystal Sanchez of Newcastle, TX, Jessie Aguirre of Dumas, TX, Jamie Benson and husband Zack of Amarillo, TX and Elias Nanes of Austin, TX; grandchildren: Caleb, Benjamin, Wyatt, Guinevere, Riddick, Remington and Alivia; companion, Gerry Putman of Dumas, TX.
