Juanelle Jameson Tidwell, 75 of Dumas passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 10 o’clock in the morning on Friday, December 3, 2021, at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Pastor Darrell Wait, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.Juanelle was born on July 9, 1946, to Homer Ray and Hazel (Hollaway) Watts in Kerrville, TX. On July 10, 1948, her mother Hazel married Rupert Jameson. As a young girl they moved to Dumas where she was raised. Juanelle met and married Bruce Tidwell on April 10, 1965; he preceded her in death in 2013.Juanelle worked for the Dumas ISD as a bus driver for 16 years. She volunteered her time as a cub scout leader and International Order of the Rainbow Girls. Juanelle was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Her favorite hobbies were crafts, sewing, painting, and cooking. Faith and family meant everything to her. She was a member of First Christian Church and will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; daughters: Tamara and Belinda Tidwell; son: Bryan Tidwell; great-granddaughter: Lillie Breland; brother: Carl Jameson.Juanelle is survived by her children: Sallie Dickey and husband Gregg, Joe Tidwell and wife Crystal, Duffy Tidwell and Crys and wife Ann Tidwell; grandchildren: Shasta and Zacc Faux Sierra Tidwell, Nate Tidwell, Ashleigh and Zack Ransonette, McQuad Tidwell, Tynlee Tidwell, Taylor Tidwell, and Avery Tidwell; great grandchildren: Trayce Webb and Rhyen Faux; siblings: Charlie and Sandy Jameson of Raleigh, NC, Allene Saunders of Port La Vaca, TX, and Rupert, Jr. and Billie Jameson of Dumas, TX; numerous nieces and nephews.
