Kathryn "Elaine" Horne

Elaine was born to James Edly “Ed” Crabtree and Mary Kathryn Elliott Crabtree on December 19, 1941 in Dalhart, TX.  She passed away in Stratford, TX on February 7, 2022 at the age of 80. Elaine graduated from Stratford High School and lived in Conlen, TX her whole life where she farmed and ranched. She liked driving a tractor, working cattle, and personally mowing all the acres around her house. Elaine loved the Lord and read her Bible cover to cover numerous times. 

 Elaine was preceded in death by her parents Ed and Kathryn Crabtree and her brother Elliott Crabtree. 

 She is survived by her husband, Leo Horne, residing at Coldwater Manor in Stratford, TX as well as three children and their families: Deide Zieman and husband Ted of Stratford, David Aduddell and wife Jennifer of Amarillo, Don Aduddell and wife Mayrene of Dalhart. She has seven grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. 

 There will be no public service. The family suggests that any memorials be the ministry of your choice.
