Martin Beltran Jaquez, 73 of Stratford, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020. Graveside services will be held at 11 oclock in the morning on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at the Stratford Cemetery with Jaime Carbajal officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors. Martin was born on July 2, 1947 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Santana Beltran and Ana Jaquez. He married Paulina Lopez in 1974; she preceded him in death in 1994. He later married Celia Amaro who also preceded him in death in 2012. Martin was known as a very hard working man who was always doing something. He had a gracious heart and was a very giving man. He also had a great love for music that was passed down from his father. Above all, Martin was a family man who loved his children and grandchildren very much. Martin was of Christian faith. In addition to his two wives, he was also preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Ana Beatrice Beltran. Martin is survived by his children: Cecilia Barajas and husband Nicolas Jr. of Stratford, TX; Alicia Gonzalez and husband Rene of Midlothian, TX and Martin A. Beltran Jr. and wife Sandra of Stratford, TX; grandchildren: Nicolas Barajas III, Vanessa Barajas, Betzahi Gonzalez, Alan Gonzalez, Ana Gonzalez, Remi Gonzalez, Yaretzi Gonzalez, Isaac Beltran and Elizabeth Grace Beltran; great grandchild, Isabel Barajas; two sisters: Antonia Orona and Eloisa Beltran; and numerous other extended family members.
