Patricia Ann Carter

Patricia Ann Carter, 76 formerly of Dumas, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020. Graveside services will be held at 10 oclock in the morning on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Dumas Cemetery with Pastor Paul Richardson, pastor of Rockwell Road Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors. Patricia was born on June 27, 1944 in Ft. Worth, TX to I.J. and Dorothy (Patrick) McCullough. She grew up in Ft. Worth and graduated from Eastern Hills High School. She was united in marriage to John Vincent Carter on November 3, 1972 in Ft. Worth. Patricia was an excellent homemaker while her kids were growing up and later in life worked for Wal-Mart for 30 years. She enjoyed crafting and was an avid seamstress, a skill she taught her children. Her greatest joy was watching and supporting her grandchildren in all their activities. She was a member of the Rockwell Road Baptist Church. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, husband and daughter, Amanda Carter. Patricia is survived by her children: Joel Baker and wife Susan Donath of Los Angeles, CA and Crystal Trolinder of Canyon, TX; grandchildren: Johnathon Baker, Shirley Baker, Nola Trolinder and Chester Trolinder.
