Patti Lou Frye

Patti Lou Frye, 90 of Dumas passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024. Funeral Services are scheduled for 1 o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Morrison Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Northlawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directions.

Patti was born December 9, 1933 in Bentonville, AR to James Lester and Myrtle Pearl (Ennis) Douthitt. She married Billy Frye on April 17, 1978 in Clayton, NM and the couple made Dumas their home.  Patti had worked at Perry’s Fabric Shop, Woolsworth, and was a cashier at Wal – Mart.   Patti enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy, parents; sister: Juanita Douthitt; brothers: James Douthitt, Olan Dean Douthitt, Sr., Nolan Gene Douthitt; stepsons: Clyde Eugene Frye and Dennis Michael Frye.

Patti is survived by her daughter: Kaye Rush and husband Damon of Idaho; sons: Buster Lombard of Perryton, TX, Jerry Lombard and wife Jerri of Arkansas, Jackie Lynn Starr of Dumas, TX.
