Pauline Catherall Parker, 95 of Dumas passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10 o’clock in the morning on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at First Baptist Church with Pastor Johnny Widener, officiating. Interment will follow at Dumas Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 o’clock to 8 o’clock in the evening on Monday at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.
Pauline was born on October 13, 1929, in Dickens, TX to Paul and Isabel (Avaloas) Andrews. The family would eventually move to Esteline, TX. She married Fred Catherall, Sr., on February 23, 1948 in Childress, TX. She and Fred moved to Amarillo then in 1956 moved to Dumas. She was a lifetime member of Bible Baptist Church. Pauline worked at Memorial Hospital in the kitchen for 20 years and retired in 1993.
Pauline married Ted Parker in 1985. She was a very outspoken person but had a heart of gold. She made friends very easily and kept those friendships for life. Pauline loved her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Fred and Ted; sons: Pete and Freddie; grandsons: Harvey Kinikin and Jim Robinett; great-grandson: Tyler Catherall.
Pauline is survived by her son: Paul Catherall and wife Mary of Dumas, TX; daughter: Liz Stavenhagen and husband W.G. of Dumas, TX; sister: Libby Mosely of Aurora, CO; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
