Peggy was a very loving lady and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. In addition to her husband, Kenneth, she is preceded in death by her parents. Peggy is survived by her son: Ray Dillard and wife Lorraine of Springwater, Canada; sister: Sue Kitchens of Dumas; and grandchildren: Kristen, Shannon, and Megan O'Neill; nephew: Scott Goddard; great-niece: Tori Goddard; and great-great-niece: Kourtney Lynn Zavala Goddard. The family suggests in lieu of customary remembrances that memorials be made to Memorial Nursing and Rehab, 224 E 2nd, Dumas, TX 79029 or Safe Place, PO Box 382, Dumas, TX 79029.
