Ramon Bautista

Ramon Bautista, 80 of Dumas, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2019. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 2 oclock in the afternoon on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Father Gabriel Garcia as celebrant. Cremation will follow the mass. Rosary will be recited at 6 oclock in the evening on Monday at Morrison Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Ramon was born on November 5, 1938 in Fco. RMurguia. Zacatecas, MX to Andres Bautista and Francisca Rodriguez. He married Maria de la Luz Garcia in Mexico; she preceded him in death. His favorite show was El Chavo and he loved baseball. Family was very important to Ramon; he was a Catholic and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. In addition to his wife Maria, he is preceded in death by a son: Raul Bautista. Ramon is survived by his sons: Juan and Gerardo Bautista both of Dumas, Marcos Bautista of Hereford, Martin Bautista of Iowa; daughters: Eva, Ramon, Maria Bautista all of Ft. Worth, Patricia and Concepcion Bautista both of Mexico; Mayela Bautista of Dumas and Anabel Bautista of Mexico; 42 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
