Roy Good

Roy Good, age 78, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, with loved ones at his side.

Roy was born in Spearman, TX on October 31, 1943. On May 27, 1965, he married Glennda Good, whom he cherished all his life. Roy also attended West Texas State University and received his Bachelor of Science degree on May 16, 1975.
He worked at the Valero refinery in Dumas, TX for 40 years, and retired in January 2006. In his retirement years, he discovered a love for cooking and constantly showed his love toward his family by cooking delicious meals.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leota and Walter Good, and two sisters Ruby Parks and Pauline Thomas.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Glennda Kay Good. One brother, Howard Click, and two sisters, Evelyn Dunbar, and Bess Kesler, and Sister-in-Law Donna Jean Flesher. Three children, Cassandra Lee Good, Jason Allan Good and partner Mark St. Clair, and Brian Daniel Good and wife Michele. Two Grandchildren, Anystin Kay Bigler and husband James, and Riker Daniel Good. One great grandson on the way – Azariah James Bigler.

A small graveside service will be held on January 19th at 3:00 PM at Northlawn Cemetery.
