Russell Napier

Russell Napier 58 of Dumas passed away June 2, 2010 in Dumas. Memorial Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday June 8, 2010 in Morrison Memorial Chapel with Norman and Lyle Jones officiating. Burial will be at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Morrison Funeral Directors. Russell was born April 5, 1952 in Tucumcari NM to Ray and Nona Napier. At the age of 13 the family moved to Dumas where Russell attended school and later graduated from Dumas High School. On July 5, 1975 he was united to marriage to Elizabeth Murray in Dumas. Russell worked as a general contractor remodeling homes. Russell loved to collect old cars and spend time with his family and friends. Russell is survived by his son Russell Napier Jr. of Dumas and a step sister Susie McCall of Colorado. The family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, 403 Pear, Dumas TX 79029. The family will be at 500 N Bliss.
