Sandra Jo Strother

Sandra Jo Strother, left this world to join our mom and dad in heaven on Friday, May 18, 2018. As instructed by Sandra (more than once) a private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Sandra was born on July 23, 1950 in Borger, TX to Charles Robert (Chuck) and Georgia (Shinn) Strother. She graduated from Stinnett High School in 1968 and later graduated from West Texas State University with a BS in business. She worked many years in Amarillo before moving back to Stinnett to take care of her parents. Sandra loved to work estate sales and did this on her 'off' days before going full time as an expert in the antique field. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Frank and Estella Shinn; paternal grandparents: Hiram and Blanche Strother, as well as her parents. Sandra is survived by her three sisters: Janiece (Joe) Moore of Fort Davis, Texas; Dianne (Roy) Reger of Georgetown, Texas; Linda Harmon of Amarillo, Texas. Sandra is survived by her best friends (and sisters from another mother) Becky Goodwin Lively and Pam Williams Smith, both of Stinnett. Sandra was also a very proud aunt to Shelly, Brian, Eldon, Amy, Dawn, Dayne, Brent and Bob; and several great nieces and nephews.
