Susan Dodd Benge

Susan Dodd Benge, 63 of Dumas, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2019. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11 oclock in the morning on Monday, September 9, 2019 at First Street Church with Willard Simmons, officiating. Interment will follow at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Susan was born on May 14, 1956 in Dumas, TX to Lonnie and Addie Mae (Thomas) Dodd. She grew up in Dumas and graduated Dumas High School. Susan will be remembered as a selfless lady and a very good listener. Susan was always willing to help others; she was a caregiver. Most important to her, was her family, Susan adored her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her. She also was a lifetime member of the Eagles Lodge #3956, serving as secretary. She was preceded in death by her parents. Susan is survived by her sons: Dodd Benge and Kade Benge and fianc Aubree all of Dumas; grandchildren: Kayson Benge, Breygan Blue, Tenleigh Mirales, and Kamdon Benge all of Dumas; and numerous other extended family members.
