Sylvia Fleenor

Sylvia Fleenor 89 Died August 14, 2006 , at her home, in FritchTexas. Born October 22, 1916, in Ochiltree County to Robert and Mary Harmond.. She married W R Fleenor who preceded her in death. She was a long time resident of Sunray but spent the last years in Fritch. She was a member of the Church of Christ Church in Sunray. She was also preceded in death by one brother and one sister Survivors include a daughter, Lyndall Harvey and husband John of Fritch Texas, and a son Robert Bob Fleenor and wife Nancy also of Fritch. A sister Bonita Olsen of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and a brother Rodney Harmond of Meridian, Texas. She also has two grandchildren JonAnn, and Robert Wade. And two great grandchildren Jonna, and Brit. Mrs. Fleenor was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a care giver, Sunday School teacher, Girl Scout leader, and the Home Demonstrations Woman of the Year in 1983. She valued her family and her friends. Graveside service will be, Thursday, at 10 am on August 17, 2006, at Hansford County Cemetery, Spearman, Tx. Officiant is Rev. Jim Guest, pastor of Hunt Memorial United Methodist Church of Dumas, Texas.
